Publication note We observed that LLPS of SNAP fusions of FUSIDR is strongly impaired in yeast lysates, which contained ∼10 mg/mL protein. We observed LLPS with identical concentrations of RNA and SNAP-PTB, when SNAP-PTB was fused to either the FUS or Pub1 IDRs. Phase-separated droplets formed at 37.5 mM NaCl by SNAP-hnRNP A1IDR, SNAP-FUSIDR, SNAP-eIF4GIIIDR in the absence or presence of 100 mg/mL BSA, lysozyme, or RNase A.
